Hello Neighbours,
I saw an odd thing on 76th Ave today. Around 11:45 am a man in a black Nissan Titan pickup drove slowly down our street, turned around in the cul-de-sac, stopped in front of my house, and took a picture. I saw him as he poked his head out his window but did not recognize him. He had dark longish hair and a soul patch. Did anybody else notice such a thing today? Please comment if you did, or if you know that this was an innocent snap.
