Hello Neighbors! Please know that anyone can call to have our public roads sanded so that we don’t need to white knuckle it onto 201st and Hwy 9 or up and down 204th/206th. If it’s icy, PLEASE CALL the SNOHOMISH ROAD MAINTENANCE DEPT and they will dump sand on our roads (This is at no expense to us, since we already pay taxes). We are not on their “list” so we need to call if we want the road sanded.

Thanks and happy driving….I called this morning after I saw that my non-all wheel drive probably wouldn’t make it down the hill safely.
In addition, if there’s too much sand dumped, call the same number for street sweeping….
